This hazy IPA is the culmination of the brewer’s enthusiasm for New Zealand hops. The brewer has chosen his two favorite NZ hops (Nelson Sauvin and Riwaka) to commemorate this event. These hops give the beer tropical, gooseberry, lychee, grapefruit, and tangerine notes. Fun fact: Nelson Sauvin hops are from the same growing region as the grapes used to make Sauvignon Blanc.
