🍺 CHBC Oktoberfest Celebration 🍺
Wednesday, September 16 – Sunday, October 18

Get ready to raise a stein! Join us for a four-week Oktoberfest celebration featuring Festbier, German-inspired food and fun, special events, local makers, and plenty of reasons to break out your lederhosen or dirndl.

🍺 Join us for beer poking at Happy Hour from 4pm-6pm!

What is beer poking?  Beer poking (known in German as Bierstacheln) is the traditional practice of briefly plunging a red-hot metal rod into a glass of cold, malty beer. The extreme heat instantly caramelizes and crystallizes the unfermented residual sugars (maltose) via a Maillard reaction. At the same time, it rapidly forces out carbon dioxide.
