Join Familiar Hearts Animal Society, a small but growing animal rescue in Northwest Philadelphia, dedicated to providing quality care and finding loving homes for pets in need. Our mission is two-fold: we work to find forever homes for abandoned pets and educate owners to prevent pet abandonment. We are a fully volunteer and foster-operated organization. We rely on a network of dedicated volunteers to provide care for our animals.
